F. A. Q.
(Frequently Asked Questions)
This is where all the random questions I get asked go. If you wanna know something about me, feel free to ask. If you dont know if something has already been asked, this is where you will look to see, so people can try to keep from asking the same questions twice or more.
Q: When did you first get into Pokemon?
A: I have been into it since it first came out. I remember getting a VHS, yes a VHS of it premiering
Q: Do you collect Japanese cards or cards in any other language?
A: I only collect English cards, unless they are Absol cards, then I will collect those in any language.
Q: How can I tell a fake card from a real card?
A: Thats a difficult question and there are a few different ways to tell.
1. If you hold a card up to the light and you can see the light coming through (Only for English cards) then its fake, Japanese cards you can sometimes see through and they are normally real. Real cards you cant see any light passing though.
2. If you rip say a card you have several copies of, in real cards there will be a black piece of paper between the two pieces of cardboard the card is actually made out of. In a fake one there is just paper and nothing more.
3. If you hold the cards against each other and the back of one has lighter printing then normally the lighter one is the fake, also You can tell if the card feels real or not by bending it, if its fake it bends really easily and if its real it doesnt bend easily because the card is a lot more stiff.
4. Someimes the printing on the card even though it looks like the printing on a real card can be a LOT smaller then on the real card and its fake when that occurs.
There are more ways to tell, thats just some of them.
Q: How many trades have you done?
A: With Pokemon not many, but since I actually collect several different things, I have traded probably over 400 times or more.
